You confirm that you are eighteen (18) years of age or older, or under eighteen (18) years of age with permission from your parent or legal guardian to access TN Voter Connection online.
You certify that you are a real person and that the information you provide in connection with TN Voter Connection is truthful, current, and submitted for lawful civic, educational, informational, or community engagement purposes.
You agree to follow all posted instructions, rules, moderation standards, and operating guidelines of TN Voter Connection. Pagemasters Company reserves the right to refuse, suspend, restrict, or terminate access to any user, member, candidate, or participant whose conduct violates these Terms and Conditions or the intended purpose of the platform.
TN Voter Connection (the "Website") is an online civic engagement and voter education platform provided by Pagemasters Company ("PM"), subject to your compliance with the terms and conditions set forth below.
Ownership
TN Voter Connection and all related website content, design, structure, branding elements, graphics, text, and platform materials are the property of Pagemasters Company unless otherwise stated. Other names, marks, or references appearing on this website may belong to third parties not affiliated with PM. PM does not control or endorse third-party websites or third-party content unless explicitly stated.
Agreement
By accessing or using TN Voter Connection, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, you may not access or use the Website. PM may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms. PM may also modify these Terms and Conditions at any time, effective immediately upon posting the updated version on the website.

PM does not guarantee that the Website will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. You assume full responsibility for your use of the Website and acknowledge that PM provides the Website on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
4. Community Forum and Member Content
Membership in TN Voter Connection is subject to review and approval. Candidate participation is not automatic. A person seeking to share candidacy information through the Website must first become an approved member and then receive separate approval for candidate access. PM reserves the right to approve, deny, suspend, or revoke membership or candidate access at its discretion.
7. Voting Information and Restricted Access
Certain voter-related information, district information, forum tools, or voting history tools may be limited based on a user's role. Access to restricted information, including any voting-history-related tools, may be limited to authorized users such as District Leaders or administrators. Unauthorized use, copying, or disclosure of restricted information is strictly prohibited.
8. Limitation of Liability
PM shall not be liable for any incidental, consequential, indirect, special, or punitive damages arising out of your use of or inability to use the Website, including but not limited to errors, interruptions, delays, content disputes, data loss, or unauthorized access.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless PM, its owner, affiliates, representatives, moderators, administrators, contractors, and agents from any claim, demand, damage, loss, liability, or expense arising from your violation of these Terms and Conditions or your misuse of the Website.

Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel and HELP for help. Consent to receive messages is not a condition of purchase because membership is free. Message participation may still be subject to account approval, system availability, or administrative review.
