3. Community Forum Privacy

TN Voter Connection is designed to support private and confidential member dialogue. Approved forum posts and responses may be displayed within the members area without publicly displaying the member's name. However, internal records may still connect a submission to the underlying member account for moderation, administration, platform security, recordkeeping, and legal compliance.

Although we take reasonable steps to protect privacy and limit unauthorized sharing, we do not guarantee absolute confidentiality, absolute anonymity, or that other users will never violate platform rules. Unauthorized republication, screenshots, recordings, or outside sharing are prohibited by our Terms and Conditions.

4. Mobile Messaging (SMS/MMS) Consent and Use

By providing your mobile phone number, you consent to receive SMS or MMS messages from TN Voter Connection and/or Pagemasters Company for membership updates, account notifications, forum-related notices, service alerts, and other related communications.
